Ninja Class
Our Ninja class has a strong emphasis on making fitness fun and enjoyable. We have a goal of educating and empowering the kids to enjoy the process of training and learning to gain more control of their bodies for whatever their goal may be in life. (sports, after-school exercise, or health).
This is accomplished by engaging all basic fundamental human movement patterns (such as running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing) by way of group games, team-building exercises, obstacle courses, and more!

In-person class viewing is not available. Classes are live-streamed for parents to view and are provided the link following purchase of a trial for their child.
Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
This class introduces your child to the martial art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We instruct the necessary steps to train safely, receive great exercise, and learn discipline and respect. More importantly, our system teaches them to have confidence in themselves. Our program is suited for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. For those interested, train for self-defense or sports competition.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu allows for training/sparring in a safe manner for real-life applications. As students develop, they obtain skills to leverage for control, joint locks and chokeholds, and more.

4-Week trial memberships are available and include access to Ninja Fitness and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for $117.

To ensure a positive experience with our youth programs, please click on each item below to learn class expectations with your child:

Regularly bathe/shower.
Finger and toenails are clipped to avoid infectious cuts.
Gym clothes and gi's washed before each class.

Fitness equipment may only be used with a coach's supervision or with a coach's permission.
Follow and respect coaching instructions.
Being kind keeps everyone safer.

Team violations may result in warnings or sitting out a class. Repeated offenses may result in expulsion from the program.
Failure to follow coaching instructions.
Disrespect to coach.
Disrepect to teammate/classmate by using unkind words or interfering with their class participation.
Unauthorized use of equipment.
Putting your hands on another student or coach (outside of grappling).
