Wouldn’t it feel awesome to be empowered by a program rather than being saddled with another set of rules?
How many times have you sought out a “program” that will help you change your eating habits? There are thousands of them available and finding one that works can feel overwhelming.
What if the program was built around you rather than trying to fit into someone else’s “system”? What if the program considered things like:
Food likes and dislikes
Your love (or dislike) of cooking/baking
Family obligations and commitments
Your work schedule
Your emotional relationship with food
Nutrition coaching helps clients modify eating patterns through skill-building and daily practices – all of which are based on CLIENT goals.
